My old kenmore washer (model #110.92281100) needed a new lid switch. After calling a local parts dealer and getting the part number I started browsing around for it. It was +tax to by locally. I paid on amazon, and that included shipping.

The only drawback to the part is that I had to get my dremmel and sand down parts of it. When I initially screwed it onto the washer it was stuck in the “on” position because of how the plastic casing was designed. After sanding down parts of it so it would position differently I got it to work properly.

My washer is now up and running like it was…this part saved me from buying a new washer.
